heldby.me is designed especially for yoga, breathwork, retreats, ecstatic dance, kirtan, circles and other transformative events. You can also use it for workshops, classes and other events.
Do I need an existing community?
No. You can start with your first event and share the link through personal invitations or your own channels. heldby.me does not automatically bring marketplace discovery; it gives your offering its own space and helps you stay connected with participants who want to hear from you.
Do participants need a heldby.me account?
No. Participants can book and pay directly through your page. They can also receive email updates from you without creating a heldby.me account.
How much does heldby.me cost?
Paid bookings cost 3.9% + €0.39. Payment processing is included. There is no monthly subscription, and free events stay free. Tickets priced at €249 or more also qualify for a lower fee when paid by SEPA Direct Debit.
What are the fees for retreats and higher-priced events?
For tickets priced at €249 or more, you can enable SEPA Direct Debit for your event. SEPA bookings cost just 1% + €0.39, capped at €9.90 per ticket, including payment processing. You can offer SEPA alongside other payment methods or as the only payment option. Other payment methods remain at 3.9% + €0.39 per booking. You also decide whether to cover the fee yourself or pass it on to your guests.

Can I integrate heldby.me into my own website?

Can I offer 1:1 bookings through heldby.me?
