Price list
Valid from 20 October 2026
- Paid bookings
- 3.9% + €0.39 per bookingCharged on every successfully paid booking, on the ticket price after any discount.
- SEPA Direct Debit
- 1% + €0.39 per booking, at most €9.90A reduced rate for bookings paid by SEPA Direct Debit, for tickets from €249.00.
- Free events
- No fee. Free bookings stay free.
- Who pays
- You decide for each event: you cover the fee, or your participants pay it on top of the ticket price as a service fee. Either way the participant sees the total before paying.
- Payment processing
- The regular costs of payment processing are included. In the rare case that processing a booking costs more than the fee, for example with currency conversion or some payment methods, you carry the difference.
- Other costs
- No monthly fee and no setup fee.
- Individual rates
- A rate agreed with you individually takes precedence over this list. We confirm it to you by email before it applies.
- VAT
- All amounts are final prices. As a small business under § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT.
